大家好，我参照文献做壳聚糖和戊二醛的希夫碱反应，文献中的描述如下： CHIT was modified with GDI by adding dropwise the 0.10 wt % CHIT solution to a 50 wt % GDI solution until the molar ratio of GDI to chitosan glucosamine units was 200:1.
