申请PhD套磁信没有回复怎么办，求教大家。贴自己套磁信已有18人参与

如题，自己选校选导师看导师文献发了10个导师了，一个星期内5个回复说目前没有招生打算，还有5个石沉大海。我在查导师信息时选的都是available for supervision的导师，而且套磁信里也提到了是在2019年秋季入学。 顺便说一下本人背景，本科中国医科大学（双非），硕士北京中医药大学（211），没有英文文章，只有几篇一作科技核心，申请的是欧洲和澳洲QS100-300左右的学校。我也知道自己背景很一般，所以回复说没有招生打算的导师是因为看不上我的背景所以找个借口婉拒的吗？ 贴一下自己的套磁信请大家批评指教 Dear XXX, Greetings! I amXXX, currently a final year master student majoring in XXX from XX University. I have noticed that your research interests involve in health policy and global health governance system which I am so interested in that I want to pursue my PhD under your supervision. I am writing this letter to ask whether you are going to take on a PhD student in Sep. 2019. I came to know about you from your research which reviewed experiences in developing and using DRGs in Asian countries. For me, the most exciting part of research is the development of private hospitals and medical tourism, and to explore how to put public and private providers on a level playing field in terms of healthcare delivery and hospital payment. It is known that you’ve accomplished great works in this area and I really want to have an opportunity to work with you. In the past two years, I mainly focused on studying the healthcare system and policy of different countries related to the globalisation of services of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and contributing to strategies for managing potential opportunities and challenges. I am experienced with policy analysis and I’ve prepared myself with required skills for future research. I think we are a suitable match in terms of background and motivation which I believe will be helpful for me to make contribution to your group. My CV and school report are attached.
