大家给帮忙看一下这个算全奖吗

最近Dream School来admission letter了，但是奖学金部分的描述感觉十分模糊。。。请大家帮忙鉴定一下： “As a part of the recommendation for admission, you will be supported by the College of Pharmacy (COP) and your permanent advisor through some combination of fellowships,teaching, staff, or research assistantships, and/or training grants. Your support includes payment of full tuition for fall and winter terms, a current annual stipend of $30,600 and health insurance which includes medical and dental coverage. This brings your total award to at least $56,000 per year. ” 能够确认的是每年的stipend和医保，但是关于学费full tuition for fall and winter terms就比较疑惑了，不太清楚美国那边一个academic year有几个学期，这是只给部分学费减免的意思吗。。。。  |
