However, all of that are shorter than that of the untreated control group. Pretreatment with 22.5kV, 70Hz led to the shortest lyophilization time of 17.1 hours. Therefore 22.5kV, 70Hz are the optimal processing parameters. |

As shown in Figure 3, the vacuum freeze drying time for the pulsed electric field pretreated sea cucumber varies with voltage and frequency, but every one is lower than that of the control group, and the shortest one of 17.1 hours is got when pretreatment is conducted at the voltage of 22.5kV and the frequency of 70Hz, which are thought to be the optimal pulsed electric field processing parameters of sea cucumber. 以上翻译仅供参考! 另,楼主中文“但都高于对照组”似乎与英文不符,是否是笔误? |
