由图3可知，采用不同的处理电压与频率进行高压脉冲电场预处理，海参的真空冷冻干燥时间有所不同，但都高于对照组，其中，采用22.5kV，70Hz 频率处理的海参干燥时间最短，为17.1小时，因此22.5kV，70Hz 频率为最佳处理参数

As shown in Figure 3, for samples pretreated with pulsed electric field under different voltages and frequencies, the processing time to complete the lyophilization varies. However, all of that are shorter than that of the untreated control group. Pretreatment with 22.5kV, 70Hz led to the shortest lyophilization time of 17.1 hours. Therefore 22.5kV, 70Hz are the optimal processing parameters.
