[交流] 请问哥学位证书英文版的问题.

今天收到教授的一封信，他让寄材料， “Could you please send me the following documents:
1. a copy of your diploma granting access to doctoral studies (Master Degree or equivalent) in English
2. letters from the indicated referees”。
   我有硕士学位证，但是中文的，请问去哪里开这个硕士学位的证明？我是中科院的，是去研究生部开吗？本来我给他寄了中文的硕士学位证明和答辩证明，但他又要英文的学位证明。
   关于学位英文版的问题，我在网上搜到了两种：
一种是：
The Degree Awarding Committee, in accordance with “The Regulations Concerning Academic Degrees in the People’s Republic of China”, has conferred upon

我是在中科院的一个院所读的博士，请问我的硕士学位证明应该是哪种的？

   另外，让寄推荐信，是从我信箱里发的吗？而不是从教授的信箱里发吗？
