一篇中药治疗方面的meta分析，审稿人的意见都是关于格式的，看不懂 已有1人参与

For example, "a methodological quality evaluation from was prepared to perform blind scoring for all the documents included." Under the subsection of "Summarization of quality and risk of bias of the included tirals". Is it "a methodological quality evaluation" or "a methodological quality evaluation form"? Questions: 7. The authors need to reorganize some sentences as well. For example, "2 studies reported the result of occurrence rate of MODS. These two studies included 136 patients, including 70 in the experimental group and 66 in the control group".
