ieee access 论文投稿被拒了·大神帮忙看看是怎么回事！ 已有19人参与

论文投了一个月，AE给了拒绝，两个审稿人都是拒绝，还提了一些意见，第一次投稿被拒，不明白这是什么意思，重投中的几率大么？ It is found that the problem addressed in this paper has been widely studied in numerous works. The results presented here do not provide significant progress. The utility function is not justified, and does not take into account the effect of the powers (of transmsión and of interference) in the troughput. The signaling model described does not seem realistic. It seems (although the description of the mechanism is somewhat confusing), that in each iteration of the power selection algorithm it is necessary that all nodes send a signalling message. Even if this were acceptable, it would only be valid in the case where all nodes trasmitted continuously, not for bursty traffic. In view of the criticisms of the reviewer(s) found at the bottom of this letter, your manuscript has not been recommended for publication in IEEE Access. We do encourage you to revise and resubmit your paper once you have addressed the concerns and criticisms of the reviewers. I believe they have added good insight on how to further improve your article. IEEE Access has a binary peer review process that does not allow revisions. Therefore, in order to uphold quality to IEEE standards, we need to reject an article even if it requires minor revisions. As an example, you may submit your revised article with the "editing mode" feature turned on. Finally, in your cover letter, please indicate if you would like us to assign your article to the same or different reviewers and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
