二氧化硅包覆金棒后离心无法溶解在乙醇中的问题

请教各位，我用二氧化硅包覆金棒，参考的文献的方法是：the CTAB surfactants in the crude GNRs suspension (200 mL) were removed via two cycles of centrifugation/rinsing (12000 rpm, 15 min), and then re-dispersed in 50 mL Milli-Q water. Subsequently, it was transferred into an aqueous solution of CTAB (250 mL, 0.8 mM), and KOH solution (0.1 M) was added to adjust the pH value to ca. 10. After equilibration at 33 °C for 30 min, a solution of TEOS/APTES/ethanol (0.9 mL, 1/0.05/4 vol.) was added into the mixture by three times (0.3 mL per injection) under gentle stirring at 30-minute intervals. The reaction mixture was allowed to react at 33 °C for 12 h. The synthesized product was centrifuged (12,000 rpm, 15 min) and re-dispersed in ethanol. 按照如上方法包覆后离心一次分散在水中没问题，但是吸收峰是蓝移的，分散在乙醇中立马颜色变为紫蓝色，测UV吸收峰发现没有吸收峰了。请问问题出在哪儿呢？ |
