First, function index system and cost index system are set up, and in accordance with different carrier objects of functions. And then AHP method is used to determine index weight. Each index score rule is given, and basic principles of AHP method arc used to do comprehensive assessment for residential value. And then AHP method is used to determine index weight. If information on the prices of houses that correspond to the multi-dimensional attributes of the house can be obtained, it should be possible to derive the implicit market price. A hedonic house price model derived from multiple regression analysis is developed for the purpose. An equation for value as a function of location, amenities and capitalization rate is derived.
