If information on the prices of houses that correspond to the multi-dimensional attributes of the house can be obtained, it should be possible to derive the implicit market price. A hedonic house price model derived from multiple regression analysis is developed for the purpose. An equation for value as a function of location, amenities and capitalization rate is derived.
