[求助] reject to resubmission是什么鬼，还有机会录用么？ 已有2人参与

一篇文章给的结果是reject to resubmission，还有必要修改么？下面是回复信。。。

We regret to inform you that your Paper is not suitable for publication in Journal of Geophysics and Engineering in its current form. The changes      requested by the referees are substantial and are too significant to warrant a revision of the article in its current form. However, the referee(s) feel     that if you rewrite the article as explained in the referee reports, including any further work recommended, it may then be suitable for                          reconsideration.

If you wish to rewrite your Paper, please take the referee comments fully into account and provide point-by-point responses with a full list of             changes. We will treat the rewritten article as a new submission with a new article reference number and it will be peer reviewed again.  Although   we will  go back to the previous referees for their opinion where possible, we may also contact further referees in order to ensure that the rewritten  article meets our high quality and interest criteria. If it does not, the new version of the manuscript will be rejected.

The manuscript contains numerous typographical errors and grammatical errors. Many of these would be detected and corrected by a standard spell-checker.

English writing style of this manuscript should be improved. Suggest that an expert whose parent language is English help authors to revise the manuscript.
   
In abstract, acronym and symbol, such as AE, △α, △f, AB, BC, CD and so on, should be avoided and these acronyms and symbols should appear in main text and their meaning should be described.    .

The conclusion (1) may be original, but it needs the support of strict mathematics derivation and physical model.

Authors should describe the practical use of measuring AE parameters and give some application examples.

On page 2:
(1) “The results show that acoustic emission parameters increased with temperature rising and acoustic emission count and energy of coal samples are higher than that of rock sample”
may be corrected as
“The results show that acoustic emission parameters (count and energy of acoustic emission) increases with temperature and the parameters of coal samples are higher than those of rock sample”  
(2) “is 60℃ and 90℃” should be corrected as “is at 60℃ and 90℃”.
(3) “section” should be corrected as “area”.
(4) “Coal” should be corrected as “coal”.
(5) “mine” should be corrected as “mines”.
(6) “The effect” should be corrected as “effects”.
(7) “is 60-70℃” should be “is in 60-70℃”
(8) “had” may be corrected as “has” in the last sentence.

Keyword “Coal and rock sample” should be corrected as “Coal and rock samples”

On page 3:
(1) The description of “……under temperature using AE, and measured fracture toughness of Westerly granite from 60℃ to 70℃” is not clear.  
(2) Subtitle 1.1 should be rewritten.
(3) “1. Coal and rock sample in the caption of Fig.1 should be corrected as “1. Coal and rock samples”.
(4) “peak frequency ” should be written as “center frequency”.

On page 4:
(1) The caption of Fig.2 should be written laconically.
(3) “shield” should be written as “shielded”.
(4) “acoustic emission sensors” is a mistake of concept and should be corrected as “receiving sensors (or transducers) of AE signal”

In Figs. 3 and 4:
Is the unit of AE energy and Accumulative AE energy right? Why is it mv*μs ?
On page 6:
The intransitive verb “appeared ” should be corrected as a transitive verb.

On page 7:

Author should give the meaning of “q” in equation (1).

In Fig. 5:
Author should give the physics unit and scale dimension of the vertical-axis.

In Fig. 6:
Author should give the physics unit and scale dimension of △f and give a tab “(a)” for left sub-figure and a tab “(b)” for right sub-figure.

On page 9:
The sentence “The variation of multifractal characteristics parameter Δα and Δf at different temperature levels was analyzed” should use correct singular/ plural.

On page 10:
“Eq. 13” may be “Eq. 11”.

COMMENTS TO THE AUTHOR(S)
The submitted manuscript focuses on investigation of damage evolution in coal and rock samples due to heating using acoustic emission technique. Multifractal analysis of AE energy signals subsets allowed authors to detect critical temperatures corresponding sharp changes in damage accumulation. Based on analysis of D-T curves there were obtained three stages of damage accumulation with different laws of damage-temperature relation.
A few comments need to be addressed:
1.        The section of experimental equipment and methodology is very brief. Concerning acoustic emission acquisition, it is not clear, continuous or discrete acoustic emission is registered? What is the value of a discrimination threshold? Nothing is told about heating regime. In what way the uniform heating of the lower end face is implemented? What is a heating rate? What is a heat conductivity of used rocks and how lot of time is required for the uniform heating of specimen volume? What indicates lack of a time delay of AE activity of heating and allows authors to collate times of AE changes with the сurrent temperature?
2.        It is said that the main mechanism of deformation and damage on the first and second stages is nonuniform thermal expansion of mineral grains, but there is no estimation of strain caused by a thermal expansion at low temperature (up to 120 degrees). Maybe this strain is less than a strain of a collapse of primary pores and cracks during uniaxial compression. What about porosity of coal and rock samples?
