Reject but authors may choose to revise paper，论文状态：Major Revision

各位同仁: 我在J. Electron Mater.投了一篇论文，审稿意见回来了，编辑给我的信是这样写的： Dear XXXX， Unfortunately, one or more reviewers has indicated that your manuscript is not suitable for publication in the Journal of Electronic Materials, and the manuscript cannot be published in its current form. Sometimes, however, a manuscript that is declined can become acceptable, provided the authors seriously consider the reviewers' comments and significantly rewrite the paper. If preparing a revised manuscript, you should submit a point-by-point list of changes and/or responses to each of the comments. Your list should be uploaded as a file under the "response to reviewers" part of the resubmission menu. Also, please upload your revised manuscript with the changes highlighted under the "highlighted manuscript" part of the resubmission menu. Finally, please upload a clean version (unmarked source file) of your manuscript under the "revised manuscript" part of the resubmission menu. Your revised manuscript is due on Jul 19, 2013. If you require more time, please request an extension of the due date. Extensions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
