1.苯并唑类化合物具有独特的 π-共轭结构，当其氮杂环上的碳连接 2-羟基苯基的时候会产生强烈的荧光现象，例如 2-(2′-羟基苯基)苯并咪唑（HBI）， 2.这是因为在该类化合物中酚羟基与其它杂原子（例如氮）通过分子内氢键连接， 3.分子吸收能量后有基态烯醇式的 N•••H-O 氢键，异构化成酮式 N-H•••O 氢键从而产生分子内质子转移（ESIPT）特征发光。 |

The benzoxazole compounds have a unique π-conjugated structure. When the nitrogen on the nitrogen heterocyclic ring connected to 2-hydroxyphenyl, a strong fluorescence phenomenon occurred, such as 2- (2'-hydroxyphenyl) benzimidazole (HBI) 2. This is because that in such compounds the phenolic hydroxyl groups are linked to other heteroatoms (e.g., nitrogen) via intramolecular hydrogen bonds. 3.After absorbing the energy, the molecule is energetically hydrogenated from the ground state enantiomeric N •• • H-O hydrogen bonds, and isomerized to keto form N-H •• • O hydrogen bonds to generate intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT) |
