1.苯并唑类化合物具有独特的 π-共轭结构，当其氮杂环上的碳连接 2-羟基苯基的时候会产生强烈的荧光现象，例如 2-(2′-羟基苯基)苯并咪唑（HBI）， 2.这是因为在该类化合物中酚羟基与其它杂原子（例如氮）通过分子内氢键连接， 3.分子吸收能量后有基态烯醇式的 N•••H-O 氢键，异构化成酮式 N-H•••O 氢键从而产生分子内质子转移（ESIPT）特征发光。 |

The benzoxazole compounds have a unique π-conjugated structure. When the nitrogen on the nitrogen heterocyclic ring connected to 2-hydroxyphenyl, a strong fluorescence phenomenon occurred, such as 2- (2'-hydroxyphenyl) benzimidazole (HBI) 2.
