[交流] 大神帮看看，被编辑拒稿，重投还有戏么？

投稿一星期后，今天编辑看完给的意见，请问大神，改后重投有戏么？第一条意见不好改。。。
拒稿理由：
Thank you for submitting your manuscript to XXX. After reading your manuscript I regret to inform you that I cannot accept it for publication. There are two main reasons for my decision. First, this study is focused entirely on the XXX and no attempt has been made to use this information to resolve any larger scale, over-arching problem that may be of interest to the broad-based readership of the journal. As such, your manuscript is very local in nature and would therefore be better placed in a regional journal rather than an international journal like ours. Second, the overall standard of the written scientific English in this manuscript does not meet the standard required by the journal. Throughout the manuscript there are many long, convoluted sentences that are commonly hard to understand. I would be prepared to consider a re-submission of this manuscript - but you would have to demonstrate that you have dealt with these problems.
内容方面，写的是国内一个区块的内容，不是区域性的，改的话可能只能在讨论部分往外延升一下；
语言的话，自己直接拿英语写的，写完之后找了两个外国朋友，主要修改了语法和少量长句。
不知道重投还有希望么？需要多大改动才有希望？传AJE的高级编辑或者艾斯维尔的语言修改能解决第二个问题么？
