审稿人说我一个英语表达语法错误，麻烦帮我看下，谢谢

××× result in an increasing film deposition rate (38.70 to 59.75 nm/min) 说这个句子后面“38.70 to 59.75 nm/min”语法表达有误。请问下是不是要改为“film deposition rate (38.70 ～59.75 nm/min)”，还是其它表达？ 同时又说文中其它多处如此。难道我下面的这个句子也有问题吗？ the deposition rate of the film increases from 38.70 to 40.00 nm/min。 改为“××increases from 38.70 nm/min to 40.00 nm/min“？还是这个本身是对的呢？ 是否表示一个范围只要在后面加上单位中间用～连接就可以，而在句子中用from--to-的话，则前后都要加单位？ 急待修改，请高手指点一下，谢谢：） [ Last edited by memser on 2008-11-16 at 10:13 ] |
