液相色谱的前处理用氮气流蒸发溶剂的问题？ 已有4人参与

| 请问 Take 0.5 ml of the filtered the solution and evaporate the solvent using a stream of nitrogen .Dissolve the residue quantitatively in 0.5 ml of mobile phase.怎么操作？是否要用到氮吹仪啊？还有就是要蒸发到什么程度，把液体全吹干吗？ |

(c) Preparation of sample. Cut the sample into small pieces of less than 2×2 cm and homogenise. Weigh (to the nearest 0.1 mg) 0.3g (w mg) of the sample into a reflux flask (100ml). Add xylene (18 ml) and by pipette internal standard solution (2.0 ml). Attach the flask to the refiux condenser and reflux the sample for about 30 min while stirring. Cool the sample to room temperature and reflux the sample for about 30 min while stirring.
