[求助] 液相色谱的前处理用氮气流蒸发溶剂的问题？已有4人参与

请问 Take 0.5 ml of the filtered the solution and evaporate the solvent using a stream of nitrogen .Dissolve the residue quantitatively in 0.5 ml of mobile phase.怎么操作？是否要用到氮吹仪啊？还有就是要蒸发到什么程度，把液体全吹干吗？
