[求助] 大神~做过鱼油抗氧化，知道的peroxide（过氧化物）吗~ 已有3人参与

论文返修提问题难住了我，这是原稿的话“The primary products of lipid oxidation are harmful to human body. For example, cancer and atherosclerotic resulted from damaging cell membranes or reducing high-density lipoproteins”
编辑问这两句跟peroxide怎么联系上？（How is this related to PV）就想问PV里面还能细分吗？我要找PV伤害健康的文献解释？

During the oil oxidation, it produces a series of breakdown products in stages, starting with primary oxidation products such as peroxides, dienes and free fatty acids, followed by the secondary products including carbonyls, aldehydes, trienes and the final tertiary products.

The primary oxidation in the oil mainly results in the formation of hydroperoxides, which can be measured by the peroxide value (PV). In general, the oil with better quality exhibits lower PV. However, PV also decreases as secondary oxidation products appear. Hence, PV test is a good way to measure a number of primary oxidation products in the oil, with good awareness of the oil oxidation stages.

I think what the reviewer asked is the relationship between PV test and oxidation of fish oil (i.e., primary oxidation product).

Nothing related to the toxicity and disease associated with PV test.
