| 玻璃体淀粉样变性是一种少见的玻璃体变性,可独立发病, 也可以是全身系统性淀粉样变性中的眼部受累。我们诊治一例双眼不明原因玻璃体混浊，经过23G玻璃体手术同时进行细胞学检查、基因检测最终确诊为Lys55Asn突变的玻璃体淀粉样变性的患者,现报告如下：Vitreous amyloidosis is a rare vitreous degeneration, can invade independently, or just ocular involvement in systemic amyloidosis. We report on a case of unkown origin of vitreous opacities who was diagnosed with Vitreous amyloidosis with TTR Lys55Asn mutation after 23G vitreous surgery, cytology and genetic testing. |

你写的即生硬，缺乏可读性，又没能完全反映出你想说的话，有缩手缩脚的感觉。 Vitreous amyloidosis is a rare vitreous degeneration, which can occur either as an isolated disease, or as an ocular involvement of systemic amyloidosis. We reported a case of vitreous opacity with unknown origin. The patient was clinically diagnosed with Vitreous amyloidosis with TTR Lys55Asn and confirmed after 23G vitreous surgery with histology and genetic testing. Lys55Asn就是突变了，所以后面不要再加上 mutation了；unknown origin 也许用 unknown cause更合适；histology 比 cytology 更准确。 |
