| 近年来，人们生活质量水平不断提高，对食品安全性的要求也随之提升。其中，食品添加剂过量的问题更是引起了人们的重视。而二氧化硫作为一种食品添加剂被广泛用于多种食品的漂白和防腐工作中，以提高食品品质满足消费者的需求，但如果处理不当，会造成二氧化硫残留量超标。本文针对国内对食品二氧化硫检测方面研究的不足，利用t检查统计学方法,对盐酸副玫瑰苯胺法和蒸馏法作出了系统分析与对比，并得出了两种方法下各自存在的优势与不足，给出了更科学有效的改进意见。 |

Issue of excessive content of food additives has been paid with even greater attention. Sulfur dioxide, as a food additive, has been widely used for food bleaching and anti-corrosion, so as to increase food quality, meeting customers' requirements. However if being improperly management, it will cause excessive content of sulfur dioxide residue. In this paper, to cover the shortage of domestic researches on sulfur dioxide detection, this, we conducted systematical analysis and comparison of pararosaniline hydrochloride spectrophotometry and distillation method using examination statistical method, and obtain advantages and disadvantages of both methods, so as to provide more scientific and effective improvement suggestions. |
