CentOS 6.5下安装Gromacs报错求助！！！谢谢！！！ 已有1人参与

已经安装了CentOS6.5，为了不因为安装Gromacs出错导致重做系统，所以在虚拟机内安装Gromacs作为实验 安装步骤如下： su root 密码 cd /usr/local yum install gcc-c++ y y whereis gcc 显示gcc: /usr/bin/gcc /usr/lib/gcc /usr/libexec/gcc /usr/share/man/man1/gcc.1.gz which gcc 显示/usr/bin/gcc gcc --version 显示gcc (GCC) 4.4.7 20120313 (Red Hat 4.4.7-16) Copyright (C) 2010 Free Software Foundation, Inc. This is free software; see the source for copying conditions. There is NO warranty; not even for MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. cd /home/ycq cp gcc-6.1.0.tar.gz /usr/local 将gcc-6.1.0.tar.gz复制到/usr/local下 cp cmake-3.5.2.tar.gz /usr/local 将cmake-3.5.2.tar.gz复制到/usr/local下 cp openmpi-1.10.2.tar.gz /usr/local 将openmpi-1.10.2.tar.gz复制到/usr/local下 cp fftw-3.3.4.tar.gz /usr/local 将fftw-3.3.4.tar.gz复制到/usr/local下 cp gromacs-5.1.2.tar.gz /usr/local 将gromacs-5.1.2.tar.gz复制到/usr/local下 cd /usr/local tar zxvf cmake-3.5.2.tar.gz cd cmake-3.5.2 ./bootstrap make make install cd /usr/local tar xfz gromacs-5.1.2.tar.gz cd gromacs-5.1.2 mkdir build cd build cmake .. -DGMX_BUILD_OWN_FFTW=ON -DREGRESSIONTEST_DOWNLOAD=ON 报错如下： Remembering we are in dir "regressiontests/" FTP response timeout control connection looks dead Closing connection 1 -- Configuring incomplete, errors occurred! 你好，我想用cygwin安装gromacs，安装过程如下： 将安装包拷贝到了home/xing里面； tar xvzf cmake-3.6.2.tar.gz cd cmake-3.6.2 ./bootstrap 运行一段时间之后出现如下问题： CMake Error: Could not find CMAKE_ROOT !!! CMake has most likely not been installed correctly. Modules directory not found in /home/xing/cmake-3.6.2 CMake Error: Error executing cmake::LoadCache(). Aborting. --------------------------------------------- Error when bootstrapping CMake: Problem while running initial CMake -------------------------------------- 请问这个问题咋解决啊？ |
