此处match应该是形容词，与。。。想适合的，而不是动词，也就是说这个是形容词性短语

be 不要和动词原型一起出现。为什么要被动呢，match本身也可作及物动词用。可以直接match with sth或match sth

如果这是你自己的论文，肯定要改成被动，即be well matched with。如果是已经发表的别人的论文，我只能认为编辑老师打盹了。不存在好与更好的问题，您给的原文就是个有语法错误的病句。
