| 审稿人的一条意见求翻译：The source of pK18mobsacB is obscure. To my knowledge, the Puhler group has generated and published this plasmid. It is also impossible to follow the mutagenesis procedure from the description of the plasmids used for gene exchange/deletion. 前面是说质粒来源没写清楚，最后一句没看懂，是说从敲除质粒的描述来看不能用于诱变过程么？我的实验中只用这个质粒来敲除和点突变了，他是说这个质粒不能用于点突变么？ |
