[求助] 帮我翻译一下这个摘要

摘要:本文以金属钛粉为原料,有机溶剂甲苯为碳源,利用机械合金化制备碳化钛粉体,研究加入不同含量(5%,10%,15%,20%)金属钴(Co)对 TiC基金属陶瓷力学性能的影响。利用放电等离子烧结(SPS)的方法进行烧结,在1200℃的温度保温5min烧结得到不同钴含量的TiC基金属陶瓷。利用维氏硬度计测量TiC基金属陶瓷硬度,硬度是单调变化的,随钴含量的增加呈下降趋势;Co含量为5%时硬度较大,硬度为1455.61HV1。借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行块材断面显微形貌观察

Abstract:In this paper, TiC powders were prepared by mechanical alloying method using titanium powder as ingredient and organic solvent toluene as carbon source. In addition, this paper analyzed the influences of different concentrations (5%,10%,15%,20%)of cobalt (Co) on mechanical property of TiC-based metal ceramic. Based on spark plasma sintering (SPS) method, TiC-based metal ceramics with difference concentrations of Co were obtained by being sinterred at 1200℃ for 5min. The hardness of TiC-based metal ceramic was measured by vickers hardness tester, and result showed that hardness changed monotonously, which decreased with concentration of Co; When the concentration of Co is 5%, the TiC-based metal ceramic has the largest hardness which is 1455.61HV1. Finally, the fracture appearance of material block was observed by SEM.
