摘要:本文以 金属钛粉 为原料,有机溶剂 甲苯 为 碳源,利用 机械合金化 制备 碳化钛 粉体,研究 加入 不同含量(5%,10%,15%,20%)金属钴(Co)对 TiC基金属陶瓷 力学性能的 影响。利用 放电等 离子烧结(SPS)的方法 进行 烧结,在1200℃的 温度 保温5min 烧结得到 不同 钴含量的 TiC基金属陶瓷。利用 维氏硬度计 测量 TiC基金属陶瓷 硬度,硬度 是 单调变化的,随 钴含量的增加 呈 下降趋势;Co含量 为5%时 硬度较大,硬度 为1455.61HV1。借助 扫描电子显微镜(SEM) 进行 块材断面 显微形貌观察.
Abstract:In this paper, TiC powders were prepared by mechanical alloying method using titanium powder as ingredient and organic solvent toluene as carbon source. In addition, this paper analyzed the influences of different concentrations (5%,10%,15%,20%)of cobalt (Co) on mechanical property of TiC-based metal ceramic. Based on spark plasma sintering (SPS) method, TiC-based metal ceramics with difference concentrations of Co were obtained by being sinterred at 1200℃ for 5min. The hardness of TiC-based metal ceramic was measured by vickers hardness tester, and result showed that hardness changed monotonously, which decreased with concentration of Co; When the concentration of Co is 5%, the TiC-based metal ceramic has the largest hardness which is 1455.61HV1. Finally, the fracture appearance of material block was observed by SEM. |
