这句有歧义 Phosphate buffer solution-Dissolve 6.8g of monobasic potassium phosphate in 250ml of water.Add 190ml of 0.2N sodium hydroxide in 400ml of water,adjust with 0.2N sodium hydroxide to a pH of 7.5+-0.1,dilute with water to 1000ml,and mix 感觉应该是取190ml的氢氧化钠溶液（而氢氧化钠溶液是0.2N的氢氧化钠加入400ml水配得的！） 请其他人看下！ |
