我是这么想的，仅供参考：取磷酸二氢钾6.8g，加水250ml使溶解，取190ml，加0.2N的氢氧化钠溶液400ml，再用0.2N氢氧化钠溶液调节ph至7.5±0.1，再加水稀释至1000ml，混匀。

这句有歧义

感觉应该是取190ml的氢氧化钠溶液（而氢氧化钠溶液是0.2N的氢氧化钠加入400ml水配得的！）
