一个 性能良好的 探针 不仅能对 特定客体 能有灵敏 的响应，同时 能在 其他干扰离子存在 的条件下 能够 对 特定客体 具有良好的 识别能力, 在各种干扰存在下,探针 是否能够对 单一客体 实现 高选择性 的识别 并能具有 一定的 抗干扰能力,是衡量 一个 探针好坏的 重要指标。为此，我们研究了 在其他干扰离子的存在下，探针T2 对铜离子 的识别性能。
A probe with excellent performance can not only make sensitive response for particular object, but also display sound recognition performance at the presence of other interfering ions. Under various interventions, being able to realize high selectivity recognition on particular ion while with certain capacity of resisting disturbance is a vital index to evaluate a probe. Therefore, we researched the recognition performance of probe T2 on Cu+2 at the presence of other interfering ions.
在DMF溶剂体系中，我们测试了 在K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Zn2+、Cd2+、Mn2+、Pb2+ 和Fe3+ 存在时，探针T2（50μM）对 Cu2+的 识别效果。向探针T2 溶液 中加入 3eq 上述的 干扰离子，如图3-2所示，探针在 干扰离子存在时，没有 产生明显的荧光。然后再加入 3eq的 Cu2+溶液后，我们发现在 干扰离子存在时 的荧光强度和仅向溶液中 加入铜离子的 强度 基本一致，这现象表明 干扰离子的存在 并不会 影响 探针T2对Cu2+的分析。
In DMF solution system, we tested the recognition performance of probe T2 （50μM）on Cu+2 at the presence of K+, Na+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Mn2+, Pb2+ and Fe3+. After adding above 3eq interfering ions into probe T2 solution (shown in Fig.3-2), no significant fluorescence can be observed. After that we added 3eq Cu+2 solution and found that the fluorescence intensity at the presence of interfering ions is basically similar to that when only Cu+ was added, indicating that these interfering ions will not affect the recognition of Cu+2 by probe T2. |
