Under various interventions, being able to realize high selectivity recognition on particular ion while with certain capacity of resisting disturbance is a vital index to evaluate a probe. Therefore, we researched the recognition performance of probe T2 on Cu+2 at the presence of other interfering ions. ÔÚDMFÈܼÁÌåϵÖУ¬ÎÒÃDzâÊÔÁË ÔÚK+¡¢Na+¡¢Ca2+¡¢Mg2+¡¢Zn2+¡¢Cd2+¡¢Mn2+¡¢Pb2+ ºÍFe3+ ´æÔÚʱ£¬Ì½ÕëT2£¨50¦ÌM£©¶Ô Cu2+µÄ ʶ±ðЧ¹û¡£Ïò̽ÕëT2 ÈÜÒº ÖмÓÈë 3eq ÉÏÊöµÄ ¸ÉÈÅÀë×Ó£¬Èçͼ3-2Ëùʾ£¬Ì½ÕëÔÚ ¸ÉÈÅÀë×Ó´æÔÚʱ£¬Ã»ÓÐ ²úÉúÃ÷ÏÔµÄÓ«¹â¡£È»ºóÔÙ¼ÓÈë 3eqµÄ Cu2+ÈÜÒººó£¬ÎÒÃÇ·¢ÏÖÔÚ ¸ÉÈÅÀë×Ó´æÔÚʱ µÄÓ«¹âÇ¿¶ÈºÍ½öÏòÈÜÒºÖÐ ¼ÓÈëÍÀë×ÓµÄ Ç¿¶È »ù±¾Ò»Ö£¬ÕâÏÖÏó±íÃ÷ ¸ÉÈÅÀë×ӵĴæÔÚ ²¢²»»á Ó°Ïì ̽ÕëT2¶ÔCu2+µÄ·ÖÎö¡£ In DMF solution system, we tested the recognition performance of probe T2 £¨50¦ÌM£©on Cu+2 at the presence of K+, Na+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, Mn2+, Pb2+ and Fe3+. After adding above 3eq interfering ions into probe T2 solution (shown in Fig.3-2), no significant fluorescence can be observed. After that we added 3eq Cu+2 solution and found that the fluorescence intensity at the presence of interfering ions is basically similar to that when only Cu+ was added, indicating that these interfering ions will not affect the recognition of Cu+2 by probe T2. |
