我投的杂志老师说审稿人有问题，具体的回复如下，请问到底是什么问题，杂志是joural of reinforced plastic and composites I write you in regards to manuscript # JRP-16-0126 entitled "Toughening of cyanate resin with low dielectric constant by glycidyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane" which you submitted to the Journal of Reinforced Plastics and Composites. In view of the criticisms of the reviewer(s) found at the bottom of this letter, your manuscript has been denied publication in the Journal of Reinforced Plastics and Composites. Thank you for considering the Journal of Reinforced Plastics and Composites for the publication of your research. I hope the outcome of this specific submission will not discourage you from the submission of future manuscripts. Note that as of January 1, 2011 the journal requires that names, affiliations and email addresses be given of four possible reviewers, with no more than two from any of the following three regions: 1) North and South America, 2) Europe and Africa, 3) Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Please provide this information in future submissions. |
