随着科学技术的不断进步,电子元器件正向着小型化,轻量化的方向发展,这意味着便携式(portable)电子产品在军用,民用,航海通讯等领域的应用空间将会被不断拓展。但是,由于传统的供电设备――蓄电池——目前依然存在着体积大,使用寿命有限,需不时充电等缺点,使得便携式电子产品的应用受到很大的制约。如果蓄电池能随时随地将外界的机械能转换成电能,相信会是解决低能耗便携式电子产品能量来源问题的一个有效方法。

Miniaturization and lightweight  have become the focus of electronic components development with the development of science technology, which means  portable electronic components would expand in so many fields, such as military communications, civilian communications and maritime communications.

However, traditional power supply equipment--batteries------still exsisting some short comings, such as big volume, limited life span, needing to take charge from time to time, etc. greatly constrains the portable electronic products application. It is believed that the effect method to solve the energy source of the low-powered portable electronic products if batteries could convert the mechanical energy into electrical energy anywhere and anytime.
