Hello Professor, I want to ask a question.
Recently£¬I was reading at the papers of supercapacitor and I'm confused. As reporting in the previous papers about equivalent circuit for impedance analysis , we can often see such a sentence that "Rb is the resistance as related to ionic conductivity of the electrolyte and to electronic conductivity of the electrodes and current collectors; the Ce is the double-layer capacitance as related to the externalsurface area ~ large pores , and Re , which is in parallel with Ce , is mainly related to the ionic conductivity between the micropores. The charge separation process at the micropores is represented by the transmission line Zp that is related to the distributed electronic and ionic conductivity and double-layer capacitance inside the micropores; Rl and C1 are the limit resistance and capacitance, respectively."
So, what is limit capacitance? How the Ce is related to the limited capacitance or limited pseudo-faradic reaction? Thank you! |
