如何修回SCI？

偶是护理专业的，投了一篇SCI，给了退修意见，但不知如何回复，求高人指点！ 退修意见如下：The RCT of an intervention to improve fluid volume management in patients receiving peritoneal dialysis is very interesting. It is surprising, however, that adherence with CONSORT standards of reporting an RCT is not evident. This is particularly apparent in the report of specific objectives (or hypotheses), methods and results. 其实，这也是我见过的最surprising的退修意见，真的不知如何回答。 谢谢，谢谢，谢谢！ |
