Microbial Biotechnology近两个月审稿意见回来，请虫友帮分析分析...

编辑回信如下： Thank you for submitting your manuscript...... to Microbial Biotechnology. It has now been reviewed by experts in the field who consider the topic to be interesting, but expressed substantive criticisms of a number of aspects of the article that preclude acceptance of the present version. Their comments are provided at the bottom of this letter. I must regrettably reject your paper. They did, however, indicate that I may wish to consider a new submission, based on the present, but substantially improved, that adequately addresses all of their criticisms and concerns. Please note that in its current state, English lenguage throughout your manuscript does not meet the journal's required standard. I recommend that you have your paper professionally edited for English language. If you do decide to submit a new version of this manuscript to Microbial Biotechnology, you must submit it to the Editor who handled the initial version. You should also be aware that it will be reviewed by the same reviewers (unless you provide convincing reasons why this should not be the case), and that a high proportion of new versions are ultimately rejected definitively in a second round of review. You will be unable to make your revisions on the originally submitted version of your manuscript. Instead, revise your manuscript using a word processing program and save it on your computer. Once you have revised your manuscript, go to https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/microbio and log in to your Author Center. Click on "Manuscripts with Decisions," and then click on "Create a Resubmission" located next to the manuscript number. Then, follow the steps for resubmitting your manuscript. The new version must be revised in such a way that it satisfactorily addresses all issues raised by the reviewers. Any rebuttal of a criticism must be convincingly justified. In your covering letter, provide the original manuscript ID and state point-by-point how you have dealt with the comments of the reviewers. You must also provide a copy of the original manuscript on which the changes you have made are clearly shown. 相当于大修。按照审稿人的意思逐条修改，不能修改的地方详细的说明理由。然后写个response to the reviewers' conments. 要针对审稿的每个comment 认真回答，不能马虎和简单得回答。还要注意审稿人关心的问题可能分散在comments 里，你要全部找出来，然后详细回答。有时，最后你的responses 要比论文还长，我见过有50多页，结果修回稿当天就接受了。好好改，希望在80%以上。 发自小木虫Android客户端 |

补充一句，编辑给了机会修改，最后却没有中，80%甚至更高都是没有充分尊重审稿人的意见，所以在回复审稿人时，一定要他感觉你很认真和努力在修改。对于所有修改的地方，在给编辑和审稿人的回复中，最好都要指出来，为他们省事，实际上就等于给自己创造机会。 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
