Responsibilities 1. Lead a dynamic group of experienced scientists to work on antibody discovery projects for major pharmaceuticals, biotech and academia customers. 2. Design project plans according to customers’s request on antibody lead generation, optimization and characterization. 3. Manage project progress, trouble-shoot, provide regular updates, write reports and etc. 4. Improve core competency in the field of antibody and protein engineering. 5. Train personnel in advanced technology, develop modularized operation to raise efficiency, improve quality and minimize the cost. 6. Participate in strategy development on business, production and innovation. 1．带领一个有经验的科学家小组，为主要制药，生物技术和学术界的客户提供抗体项目； 2．根据客户的要求，对抗体的产生、优化和表征提出了设计方案； 3．管理项目进展，解决问题，提供定期更新，撰写报告等； 4．提高抗体和蛋白质工程领域的核心竞争力； 5．培养先进的技术人员，开发模块化操作，提高效率，提高质量，降低成本； 6．参与企业，生产和创新的战略发展。 Qualifications 1. PhD in molecular biology, immunology, or related fields, industrial experience preferred 2. Proven record of results delivery by publications and/or patents 3. Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English and Mandarin 4. Strong organizing skills and ability of tracking multiple projects 5. Goal-driven and time-awareness. 1．分子生物学，免疫学，或相关领域的博士学位，工业经验者优先； 2．出版物和/或专利成果交付的证明记录； 3．较强的口头和书面沟通能力，流利的英语和普通话； 4．较强的组织能力和跟踪多个项目的能力； 5．目标驱动和时间意识。 Responsibilities 1.
