打算套磁环境工程phd，第一封套磁信，求大家帮我看看~ 已有9人参与

没有金币，实在不好意思了 本人背景: 加拿大西安大略大学 环境与土木工程硕士（结构方向），一年制授课型 平均分85左右。本科一本211（gpa4.2左右），跟老师做过一个项目，没等到结果就毕业了，之后由学弟学妹们完成。 没有科研背景和论文  （请轻喷）现在毕业了， 男友在里贾纳大学读书，打算申请他们学校环境工程的phd（没有土木工程，而且也真心希望转到环境工程）。 知道自己背景太渣。 还请大家帮我看看，第一封套磁信这样写可不可以 This is xx. I completed my master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering at xx University last December. I am writing this letter to see if I have any opportunities for being a Ph.D. student in your group as a SCS (China Scholarship Council) scholarship candidate. I was doing the research of the Influence on Frozen Soils’ Freezing and Thawing by Initial Moisture Content with Professor xx in xx University . In this research, I was in charge of the important parts of preparing samples and conducting experiments. I believe that I have prepared myself with the features of rigor, carefulness and sound manipulative ability for being an excellent researcher. With a love of environment, I am interested in chemistry and in eager to work on the recycling of construction waste, which increase the burden on landfill sites and are becoming increasingly scarce. It’s essential to reuse construction waste in order to minimize environmental damage and conserve natural resources. Since I find your research regarding “beneficial reuse of waste materials in civil and environmental applications” extremely fascinating, I would love to be able to learn more about this topic. And I believe that my experience in Civil Engineering and Construction Materials can contribute to future research. I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, |
