[求助] 审稿人意见应当怎么修改？已有5人参与

the presented manuscript could be strengthened by addressing the followings:
1) The Abstract and Conclusion part have to be polished, which should be more succinct. The conclusion needs to provide some research findings, including the novel results and the follow-up work.
2)It is better to mention what how each reference is related to the presented work. Besides, the major contribution of each reference should be mentioned.
3)The motivation of this work presented should be clearly emphasized for the proposed algorithm. At this stage, it is not quite clear to the reviewer.
4)The English is comprehensible, but still could be significantly improved, including minor spelling and grammatical mistakes.

第一条和第四条写得很清楚，第二条和第三条不太明白。

第二条是指引言部分吗，还是所有的参考文献。

第三条，感觉自己说清楚以往的方法的缺点，和提出方法的改进了。这是指引言部分吗,还是全篇调整？
