There are no valid keywords such as "natoms", "mwords", or "nbas". If you have source code, you can change the memory parameters, but I suspect this is not the problem in your case. For a problem of this complexity, you must expect to provide $NRTSTR keylist input and use careful control of NRTREF, NRTRES, and other NRT keyword parameters to have a chance to succeed. I would suggest starting with local NRT <n1 n2...> input for resonance regions of special interest (perhaps after stripping down the problem as far as possible), then try to build back to the full problem.
