足球运动员的 认知技能 训练
Cognitive Skill Training of Football Player
摘要：通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法 和 经验总结法，对足球运动员的 认知技能训练 进行了 尝试性的 探讨。研究认为，提高 球员技能水平 是 教练员的 主要职责，技能 包括 动作技能 和 认知技能 两个方面，足球教练员 往往 只重视 动作技能的 训练，而忽略了 认知技能的训练。认知技能 包括 感知、记忆、想象和 思维 四个方面内容，对于 足球运动员 而言，认知技能 是有效 进行 战术决策 的关键，是提高 比赛能力 的基础。足球运动员的 认知技能 训练，应主要 从 视觉搜索策略、阅读姿势线索 、识别 环境信息 和 预判决策 四个方面入手。
Abstract: Through literature data method, logical analysis, and experience summarization method,this paper presented a tentative research on cognitive skill training of football player. The research found that, increase the skill level of a football play is the main responsibility of a football coach. The skill contains movement skill and cognitive skill. Normally, foot ball coach only focuses on movement skill training while neglects the cognitive skill training. Cognitive skill contains 4 aspects including perception, memory, imagination and thought. To football paly, cognitive skill is a key factor for implementing strategic decision and a basis for increasing competition ability. Cognitive skill training should be carried out from 4 aspects including visual search strategy, reading posture clue, recognizing environment information, prejudgement decisioin.
