足球运动员的认知技能训练 摘要：通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法和经验总结法，对足球运动员的认知技能训练进行了尝试性的探讨。研究认为，提高球员技能水平是教练员的主要职责，技能包括动作技能和认知技能两个方面，足球教练员往往只重视动作技能的训练，而忽略了认知技能的训练。认知技能包括感知、记忆、想象和思维四个方面内容，对于足球运动员而言，认知技能是有效进行战术决策的关键，是提高比赛能力的基础。足球运动员的认知技能训练，应主要从视觉搜索策略、阅读姿势线索、识别环境信息和预判决策四个方面入手。 关键词：足球运动员；认知技能；视觉搜索策略；姿势线索；环境；预判决策 |

The research found that, increase the skill level of a football play is the main responsibility of a football coach. The skill contains movement skill and cognitive skill. Normally, foot ball coach only focuses on movement skill training while neglects the cognitive skill training. Cognitive skill contains 4 aspects including perception, memory, imagination and thought. To football paly, cognitive skill is a key factor for implementing strategic decision and a basis for increasing competition ability.
