According to the analysis by Cochran classical formula, it shows that grid scale sampling number of both cadmium's S、N（4 km×4 km） and M（8 km×8 km）can satisfy the reasonable sampling number calculated by Cochran formula with the confidence level of 95% and relative error of 15%, which cannot be satisfied by L（16 km×16 km）scale. The grid scale sampling number of chromium's S, N, M and L can satisfy the reasonable sampling number obtained by Cochran formula with the confidence level of 95% and relative error of 15%. |
