求助怎么回教授的回信

第一次在小木虫上发帖，好紧脏 1月6日给英国纽卡斯尔大学一个教授咨询通过CSC读博士的机会，发信如下： Dear xxx： I am writting this letter for exploring any opportunity of a full-time PhD position ascribe the excitement when I saw the recruitment for the project of “xxxxxxxx”. My cover letter and curriculum vitae are attached in the enclosure. Thanks for your time. 1月11日收到教授回信如下： Dear xxx, Your credential are highly impressive and it might be possible to support your application to the China Scholarship Council (CSC). I would need to get confirmed support from my School, which is possible. However, it could not be for the studentship called “xxxxxxxx”. That project Sample Text and CSC does not cover for tuition fees, therefore there would be a shortfall of ￡30K for a CSC student on that project. However, we have various projects on related topics (i.e., xxx), which could be used as the basis for your CSC application. If this is something of interest, I can inquire with my School about supporting a CSC for you and we can then consider possible topics. Please let me know. All the best, 求问，我现在应该怎么给教授回信，拖了2天了不知道怎么回，第一个项目应该就是不能申请了，其他的项目他也没说有没有funding，请热心的大神帮我看看怎么回复，最好能给个英文的参考，谢谢谢！  |
