大家能不能帮我推荐个金属材料类的期刊投稿啊？300金币奉上 已有12人参与

最近写了一篇文章，关于搅拌摩擦焊接类的，应该属于金属材料类的。焊接接头的微观组织比较特殊，在搅拌摩擦焊接中没有出现过，但是利用热模拟技术也可以得到相同的微观组织。且焊接接头的力学性能一般，不是十分优异，文章只用了一种焊接参数。letter之类的期刊已投过，被拒稿了，MSEA刚刚拒稿，说我投的东西不在他们接受的范围内，想请大家给出出主意。一下为MSEA拒稿信： I have examined your manuscript which was submitted for publication in Materials Science & Engineering A, and I do not believe that MSE A is the appropriate journal for this paper. This decision is not intended to reflect on the merits of your work; however, the focus of the present submission falls outside of the journal's current scope: Materials Science & Engineering A provides an international medium for the publication of theoretical and experimental studies related to the load-bearing capacity of materials as influenced by their basic properties, processing history, microstructure and operating environment. Appropriate submissions to Materials Science & Engineering A should include scientific and/or engineering factors which affect the microstructure - strength relationships of materials and report the changes to mechanical behavior. Welding and joining technology is not normally part of the scope and works on these topics are only considered if the manuscript has a clear focus on microstructure - strength relationships, and includes comprehensive in-depth treatments of microstructure-property relationships with substantial impact on our conceptual understanding.
