Reviewer #1: The is a well presented work and I am of the view that with minor revisions, it will be an interesting readings for other in the area of electrical materials. However, I feel the tittle need to be reword to reflect the content of the work. 1. Introduction: Page 3, line 17 - 20, "...paper, we take the intuitive high voltage grade of arc ablation simulation experiment to represent the contact materials in opening and closing moment arc producing and extinguishing, and analyse contact materials ablation whether there is selective (for different components whether ablation at the same time or ablation a component of low melting point), and then put forward the ablation mechanism of the contact materials." 2. Experimental procedures Table 1 gives the properties of commercially available alloys, The impression is that these properties are quoted from a source or combination of sources, if that is the case, then appropriate references should be cited, otherwise, this section should include statements indicating by which standard methods were used to determine the quoted properties. A more (textual) detailed description of experimental set up, illustrated in Figure 1 is required. Without such description, it is hard to make sense of the exactness of the set up from the schematic illustration. This sentence is too long and it is hard to follow the meaning.
