Z值越大,表明 溶质分子 与 固定相手性空穴间 的相容程 度更好,故能置换出 更多的 溶剂分子。lg I 反映了 溶质对 固定相 亲合势大小,该值越大,溶质与固定相 间的 相互作用越强,故 容量因子越大。用 式(1) 拟合 实验数据,如 表3所示,正如 SDT(计量置换模型) 所预测,弱保留 对映体的 Z值和lg I值 均大于 强保留 对 映体的 Z值和lg I值。
A larger Z value represents a higher degree of compatibility between solute molecule and stationary phase chiral cavity, and indicating more solvent molecules can be swapped out. lg I reflects the affinity of solute to stationary phase, the larger, such value is , the stronger the interaction between solute and stationary phase will be, and thus the larger, the capacity factor will be. The experimental data can be fitted based on equation (1), and the results are shown in Table.3. Just as what has been predicted by stiochiometic displacement model (SDT), both the Z value and lg I value of weak retention enantiomer are bigger than that of strong retention enantiomer. |
