本人一直忙于寻找海外博后，奈何套慈信都石沉大海，连个回音都没有。
今日忽收到一回信，大喜，然，百思不得其解，
请诸位高手帮我参谋一下信的内容是什么意思，我要怎么回信。小人感激涕零。

信是所投老板的秘书回的，我要不要问下她是什么意思？？

Dear XX:

Thank you very much for your letter inquiring about a postdoctoral position in my group. I do ask that you have at least three letters of recommendation sent to me from individuals familiar with your research abilities and accomplishments. It would also be helpful if you could send the Finish equivalent of your academic transcripts.

An offer for a postdoctoral position will become possible if you are able to obtain a stipend for yourself from Finland. I certainly will be most happy to aid you in any way I can in trying to make suitable applications. Since the space in my laboratories is limited, I do ask that you try to make such applications in as timely a fashion as possible.

I look forward to the prospect of collaborating with you and to hearing from you further.
