火电厂 SCR脱硝系统 氨管道污堵治理 及 优化控制 Optimization Control and Treatment of Ammonia Pipeline Pollution and Plugging of SCR Denitrification System of Thermal Power Plant 摘 要：火电厂SCR脱硝系统 储氨罐内 杂物 积累到一定程度，会在 氨流动时 被携带 至下游管道、设备处，当 环境 温度降低、机组 用氨量 减少时，氨的流动性 降低，杂物在 系统流通面积 较小的地方 堆积形成 堵塞，进而 导致 脱硝系统 无法正常运行。本文根据 脱硝系统 设备维护过程中 氨系统 污堵治理 经历，总结 出有 针对性的 治理措施 及 控制策略。 Abstract：When the waste accumulates to certain extent in ammonia pipeline of SCR denitrification system of thermal power plant, it may be carried to the downstreat pipe line and equipment with ammonia flow. When the temperature decrease of system temperature and ammonia amount required by unit, the liquidity of ammonia decreased, leading to the accumulationg of waste at location of small flow area and the failure of normal operation of SCR denitrification system.
