本人代发感兴趣的直接联系 Dear madam/sir the University of Padova (Italy) and the China Scholarship Council (CSC) have created a scholarship program to enable talented Chinese students to undertake a PhD program at Padova. http://www.unipd.it/en/admissions-csc-candidates If you know students willing to come to Padova in Italy for their Ph.D in optics or photonics could you please put them in contact with me? Or could you please advertise the attached announcement in your University and specify that you have contacts for students interested in doing optics?
